Thrusters are one of our FAVORITE exercises because they are so powerful. We pair thrusters with some other powerful exercises for a great burner workout.
For this workout, you will need a pull up bar and a set of dumbbells. You could also use a barbell for the thrusters!
Here's the workout:
Complete the following exercises as quickly as possible for 5 total Rounds. Rest for 2-minutes between rounds.
Here’s the exercises:
- 5-10 - Pull Ups
- 15 - Thrusters
- 10-20 - Pushups
- 10 - Burpees
Repeat! Rest for 2-minutes between rounds.
