
Best Intermediate Calisthenics Workout - The Abnormal Full Body Workout. This is a body weight workout routine that is performed on 4 different days. Each day will focus on either PULL, PUSH, CORE OR LEGS. Alternatively you can create a full body workout routine with this video by selecting a few different exercises from pull push core and legs and perform them on the same day. It’s entirely up to you but you can get creative with it and chose whatever is best suited for your individual training goals.
